How we Qualify Deals

We conduct an interview with the borrower to confirm their capital ask, align expectations from the market and their financing plans.

We review the financials to confirm general alignment and qualification such as GAAP-compliance, proper formatting & up-to-date financial package.
Background Checks
Before submitting, we conduct background checks on the companies and the management to identify potential litigation or fraud risks before submitting.
Confirm Intent
